Canada to Host G7 Foreign Ministers’ Meeting in Niagara Region, November 2025
Ottawa, Ontario — November 7,2025 — Canada will host the upcoming G7 Foreign Ministers’ Meeting in the scenic Niagara Region, Ontario, from November 11 to 12, 2025. This high-profile event, under Canada’s G7 Presidency, will bring together foreign ministers from the world’s seven leading economies and key global partners to address critical international challenges.
The meeting’s agenda will focus on themes such as maritime security, economic resilience, energy security, and the sustainable management of critical minerals. These discussions build upon prior engagements held earlier this year at the G7 Foreign Ministers’ Meeting in Charlevoix, Quebec, and the G7 Leaders’ Summit in Kananaskis, Alberta.
Minister of Foreign Affairs, the Honourable Anita Anand, will welcome delegations from France, Germany, Italy, Japan, the United Kingdom, the United States, the European Union, and outreach countries including Australia, Brazil, India, Saudi Arabia, Mexico, South Korea, South Africa, and Ukraine.
